Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. Most items come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bronceinteriors.com with your order details and supporting images of the issue.
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Can I change the contents of my order?

At Bronce, each order is processed promptly to ensure efficient handling, packaging, and dispatch.
Order Amendments:
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes updates to items, finishes, quantities, shipping addresses, or any other order details.
Why We Cannot Make Changes:
Due to our streamlined fulfilment process, orders are quickly prepared for dispatch to minimise delays. As a result, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.

How long will my order take to ship?
Processing & Delivery Times:
Most orders are typically delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase. However, as many of our pieces are carefully handled and may be subject to variable fulfilment and shipping conditions, we kindly ask that you allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
This allows for any unforeseen delays that may occur during processing, transit, or peak periods.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Delays:
While we always aim to meet our estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, or high order volumes.

International Orders:
For international deliveries, additional transit time may apply depending on the destination and customs clearance processes within the receiving country.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

What if my order is lost or stolen?
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, or around your delivery location, as couriers will often leave parcels in a safe place.
